Clean twin room, comfortable beds, and pillows. Room changed to 3rd floor with better view. Close to metro station, bus to Arch de Triomphe, and restaurants. Helpful and nice staff. Good price for airport taxi.

During my recent stay at Residhotel, I was really surprised to find a lovely apartment awaiting me. Not only was itnice and neat, but I was also greeted with thoughtful anniversary gifts upon arrival. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Paris. The staff were really good too make sure we felt looked after throughout our stay. I will definitely stay at Residhotel again and strongly recommend it to others. Jessie, in particular, was amazing in ensuring we had a nice experience.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious and well-equipped apartment close to the Arc de Triomphe. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of local bistros. The staff, especially Tranquilina at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
All good - no negative aspects to mention.
